The incredible rocky headland at Lands End in far west of Cornwall in the area called Penwith looking north, taken at dusk on a winters evening. The long exposure and the rough seas created an interesting pattern on the sea. The last rays from the sun throw warm light on the cliffs. Also available in colour
About Pete Hemington
I am a photographer based in the SW of UK in Mid Devon. I use a Pentax K5 and shoot mainly landscape and flora macros. My favourite locations (and there are many to choose from in this part of the world) are the coastal footpaths and the moors Dartmoor and Exmoor. I have a soft spot for trees and enjoy both ends to the day for shooting. I produce both traditional images and those with more artistic interpretation. I am available for groups and comissions, having some experience in wedding photography. I also sell a range of cards of local views in local shops.
