Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. A late shot of Wastwater in the Lake district on a very still summers evening with clear reflections and a glimpse into the stoney lake bottom. Part of the colourful latered screes visible on the right hand side.
This wild lake is always a place to pause and wonder at natures mysteries.
The lake is headed by Great Gable, Kirk Fell and Scafell.
About Pete Hemington
I am a photographer based in the SW of UK in Mid Devon. I use a Pentax K5 and shoot mainly landscape and flora macros. My favourite locations (and there are many to choose from in this part of the world) are the coastal footpaths and the moors Dartmoor and Exmoor. I have a soft spot for trees and enjoy both ends to the day for shooting. I produce both traditional images and those with more artistic interpretation. I am available for groups and comissions, having some experience in wedding photography. I also sell a range of cards of local views in local shops.
