An intense post sunset over the sands on Woolacombe beach in North Devon. Looking towards Baggy point. Zoomed in to the get the best colour range, this long exposure was taken on winters day at low tide after dusk in February. The beach was nearly empty of people and the last surfers had just left the waves. The colourful sky is reflected in the smooth wet sand
I am a photographer based in the SW of UK in Mid Devon. I use a Pentax K5 and shoot mainly landscape and flora macros. My favourite locations (and there are many to choose from in this part of the world) are the coastal footpaths and the moors Dartmoor and Exmoor. I have a soft spot for trees and enjoy both ends to the day for shooting. I produce both traditional images and those with more artistic interpretation. I am available for groups and comissions, having some experience in wedding photography. I also sell a range of cards of local views in local shops.
